Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery day.
At Gina Luxe Beauty, we carefully design our lashes with quality and comfort in mind. However, we understand that every product may not be the perfect fit for everyone. For this reason, we proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be new or gently used. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show excessive use or damage.
To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at info@ginaluxebeauty.com and include the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- Reason for the request
- Clear close-up photos or videos to help us better understand the issue
All requests are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your request is approved, the item must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be completed. This policy applies to all cases, including incorrect orders, personal preferences, sizing/fit concerns, or sensitivities.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:
- Issue a refund, or
- Send a replacement item for approved exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are lost in transit or never received.
Please keep in mind:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed without receiving the returned item first
- Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review and respond to your request
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking with your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary and refunds can take several business days to appear.

Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide.
Free shipping on all orders above $100 Canada and USA only.
Free Shipping on all orders above $150 Europe and Middle East Countries.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 Business Days, and shipping will take around 3-10 business days worldwide depending on your shipping location.
Total Shipping time is Processing time + Shipping time.
A Few Important Things to Note:
Business Days: Shipping timelines are based on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the next business day, which is Monday.
Tracking Information: Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking has not updated within a few days or your order is experiencing unexpected delays, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
